The Gray Wolf (Canis lupus; also spelled Grey Wolf, see spelling differences; also known as Timber Wolf or Wolf) is a mammal in the order Carnivora. The Gray Wolf shares a common ancestry with the domestic dog (Canis lupus familiaris), as evidenced by DNA sequencing and genetic drift studies. Gray wolves were once abundant and distributed over much of North America, Eurasia, and the Middle East. Today, for a variety of human-related reasons, including widespread habitat destruction and excessive hunting, wolves inhabit only a very limited portion of their former range. Though listed as a species of least concern for extinction worldwide, for some regions including the Continental United States, the species is listed as endangered or threatened. IF U LOVE WOLVES PLZ ENJOY IT!! SAVE THEM!!

just one mistake,uh,the ones that are killing the ecosystem are not the wolves, that animals are called human,u know:unecessary hounting, unecessary pollution, unecessary violence...if u aint notice yet we are fucking the planet real hard..."We have doomed the Wolf not for what it is, but for what we have deliberately and mistakenly perceived it to be..the mythologized epitome of a savage, ruthless killer..which is, in reality no more than a reflexed images of ourself." -Farley Mowat

ARE you crazy, wolves bring balance in nature. they kill overpopulated species this way there's always an equilibrium. if you destroy one part of the ecosystem it's the whole ecosystem that is destroyed

What a bunch of lunatic hippie nut jobs. Where are the Unicorns? God damn idiots, we need to kill the wolves. They are destroying the eco system, and balance of nature. I do my part. Kill a wolf, save 100 elk. So far, Ive saved thousands.
